Oregon Daily Emerald - University of Oregon news and sports - Man on a Mission

Really good day today

Yesterday I saw good ol' Kerry. Today I got a letter confirming I am in the Kidd program, also I got an A on my American Radicalism midterm!
Check out this cartoon

!!!I WENT TO PORTLAND AND SAW DEAN AND KERRY!!!

Man it was great. I (the fuzzy blond fellow, the other guy is my Frat Brother Gabe)saw Kerry, Dean, and Sam from Lord of the Rings! Here is a really good picture of Kerry.
It was amazing. Ended up eating Pizza and noticed Dean running down the street on the other side of us, so we shouted a thank you to him for giving the Democratic Party a Backbone! Also got to see the inside of Kerry's "Portland War Room"!!!
I think you can see more of the pictures if you click HERE.
More later, I'm sleepy.

I got accepted into KIDD!!!

Weee. I got accepted into the Kidd tutorial program here at the U of O, meaning I get to take 3 400 level writing classes!

We may have WMD in Iraq.

Also in this article. Another US soldier is killed, we are moving our troops out of North Korea to Iraq, and the interim president of Iraq was killed.
In other news I am going to see Howard Dean and John Kerry speak today!

I'm skipping class to go to portland

Kerry and Dean are speaking and I got a free pass. I feel a bit lousy about skipping Hebrew and Martyrdom, but such is life.
Peace,
Chris

PAPER: USA AND BRITAIN PLAN QUICK EXIT FROM IRAQ

President Bush and Tony Blair are drawing up plans to speed the pullout of coalition forces from Iraq by giving it full control of its own security as soon as possible

Check out this left behind book!

1/8 of the US population has read these books! Now they are making books about the books, aka testimonials about the books changing peoples lives, not THE BOOK, but that Left Behind stuff!
I don't know, it is sort of like the Jabez stuff I think, anything too easy to swallow tends to be false. Maybe not, I'll think about this more.
Peace,
Chris
